• Rumber floors can be mounted either perpendicular or parallel to the long axis of the trailer.

• Start by inserting 2 (3) screws in each end of the board one inch from the edge.

• Insert 2 (3) screws in each crossmember one inch from the edge.

• It is important to leave a 3/16" to 1/2" gap from each end of the frame.

• *T–rail system is used on trailers with a maximum of 24" centers. Use 1 1/2"x 1 1/2" x 1/4" angle iron.
   Weld angle iron to crossmembers to form the T–rail. Every 24" to 36" spot weld on top of the T–rail for strength.
   Place the boards inside the T–rail and fasten.

• Select different board widths to avoid ripping.

• Counter sink all screws.
